Deqor AI provides an AI-powered space transformation and design visualization service. Users can upload photos of any interior or exterior space and receive AI-generated renders showing the space in different design styles. The Service is provided as-is for visualization and planning purposes only.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Photos

When you upload photos to the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the photos or have the necessary rights to use them
• The photos do not violate any third-party rights
• The photos do not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• The photos are of spaces you own or have permission to photograph

4.2 License to Us

By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your photos, and this license terminates when you delete your content or account.

4.3 Generated Content

You own all rights to AI-generated designs created from your photos. You may use these designs for any personal or commercial purpose, including sharing with contractors, posting on social media, or using in real estate listings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to generate harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the Service (except authorized APIs)

6. Payment, Subscriptions & Refunds

6.1 Pricing

Prices for our services are displayed on our website and are subject to change. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.

6.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all aspects of payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT compliance. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms & Conditions.

6.3 Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period, after which no further charges will apply.

6.4 Refund Policy

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Deqor AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to photos you upload and designs generated from those photos. We claim no ownership over your content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Generated designs will be suitable for any particular purpose
• Generated designs accurately represent feasible renovation outcomes
• Results will meet your expectations

Generated designs are for visualization purposes only. Actual renovation results may vary based on materials, contractors, and other factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEQOR AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deqor AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the last-updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
