30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All Deqor AI purchases are protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
Refund Eligibility
You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a full refund on any Deqor AI purchase. This applies to all plans and billing types:
Monthly Subscriptions (Personal & Professional)
- Full refund available within 30 days of your initial purchase
- Cancel anytime from your account settings — access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges after cancellation
Lifetime Licenses (Personal & Professional)
- Full refund available within 30 days of purchase
- Your license and any generated designs will be revoked upon refund
After 30 Days
- Monthly subscriptions can still be cancelled at any time (no further charges), but no refund will be issued for the current billing period
- Lifetime licenses are non-refundable after the 30-day window
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward. You have two options:
Email Us Directly
Send an email to [email protected] with your account email, order or transaction number, and a brief reason for the refund (optional but helps us improve).
Contact Paddle
Since Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, you can also request a refund directly through paddle.net, Paddle's buyer support portal.
Refund Processing Times
Once your refund request is approved:
Our processing
1–2 business days to review and approve
Credit/debit card refunds
5–10 business days to appear on your statement
PayPal refunds
3–5 business days to appear in your account
Exact timing depends on your payment provider and financial institution. We process all approved refunds immediately on our end through Paddle.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation
- You retain access to any designs you created during your subscription
To cancel, go to Settings → Billing in your Deqor AI account, or email [email protected] and we will process the cancellation for you.
Exceptions
In rare cases, we may not be able to issue a refund:
- Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent purchase activity or abuse of the refund policy
Even in these circumstances, we will work with you to find a fair resolution. Our goal is customer satisfaction, not keeping your money if you are unhappy with the service.
Complaint Resolution
We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly:
- Initial response: Within 24 hours of receiving your complaint
- Resolution target: Within 5 business days
- Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it by contacting Paddle directly at paddle.net or by emailing [email protected]
Payment Processing & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms & Conditions. For any payment-related inquiries, you may also contact Paddle directly through their buyer support portal at paddle.net.
